34-unit new construction development with 40-B affordable housing component. The project includes a Common House with spaces for cooking, dining and gathering on the main level, and a walk-out basement with exercise spaces and guest quarters.

In an effort to create a car-free environment within the housing area, the site design has a winding pedestrian path that connects all of the units and the Common House. All parking is kept to the outside edge of the property. 

The units consist primarily of two and three-bedroom townhomes.
