Furbush Residence

A 750 square-foot two-story addition and full renovation of the existing 3,000 square-foot home. In this project, we made the kitchen more functional with a butler's pantry replacing the laundry and storage room, a baking counter, a modest island, and a peninsula for seating. The dining room finds a new home next to and open to the kitchen and with new large windows and a tiled focal wall with its electric see-through fireplace. Above a new living room featuring a skylit seating alcove is the new master suite.
