Melrose Residence

An addition and renovation to a Victorian home. In this project, we created an open kitchen and family room space with expansive views to the lovely backyard, formerly blocked from view by a half-bathroom add-on. The project included creating more connection between kitchen and dining, adding a 2-level deck off of the dining room, and a 3/4 bath and laundry on the first floor.
