Cedar Residence

This project reorganizes a portion of the main floor- shifting a half bathroom to a previously underutilized corner, allowing the expansion of the kitchen into prime territory along the back wall of the house. A new wide bank of windows in the kitchen brings not only extra light in but the beauty of the terrace and landscape into the home. The dining room engages with the kitchen and its generous island through a large framed opening to create an easy, informal living space for a family of five.
